Our Vision:
• Advocate for improved patient care by removing barriers of access to advanced pain management providers and minimizing variability between pain management practices.
• Address current and increasing concerns regarding diversion of medications and addiction associated with the treatment of chronic pain.
• Enable members through education, training and networking to provide advanced pain management and continuity of care for persons with intractable pain, including implanted devices, injections, opioid and adjunctive medications.
• Educate patients, families, healthcare professionals and communities about the benefits of treating chronic, unrelieved pain and the value of seeking expert pain care providers.
